Maryland Picture Cars Partners with RentVintageCar.com for Authentic Vintage Vehicles
Maryland productions looking for period-accurate vehicles now have a stronger local resource thanks to a new collaboration between Maryland Picture Cars and RentVintageCar.com. The partnership focuses on matching film, television, commercial, and stills projects with genuine vintage and classic cars that fit specific eras and story requirements.
Bringing National Reach to Local Sets
Through this alliance, productions gain access to a wider selection of well-maintained vintage automobiles without leaving the state. Maryland Picture Cars handles on-the-ground coordination, ensuring cars arrive on time and meet the practical needs of directors and location managers. RentVintageCar.com supplies the broader network that makes these matches possible, connecting Maryland crews with owners who specialize in picture-ready classics.
Owners Can List Vehicles for Free
Vintage car collectors interested in working on productions can add their vehicles to the national database at USA Movie Cars at no cost. The platform serves as a central hub where location managers and producers search for specific makes, models, and years. Listing a car is straightforward and opens the door to paid work on Maryland shoots and beyond.
Maximizing Maryland Film Tax Incentives
Maryland offers film tax credits and incentives that reward productions for using local resources. When crews hire both picture cars and performers from within the state, they strengthen their case for higher credit amounts. Relying on Maryland-based vehicles and talent reduces travel costs while satisfying the state’s local-spend requirements. This approach helps productions stretch budgets further without sacrificing authenticity on screen.
Explore RentVintageCar.com for Your Next Project
Production teams can browse available vehicles and submit requests directly through RentVintageCar.com. The site makes it simple to filter by era, condition, and availability, then connect with owners who understand the unique demands of film work.
